1. Scope and Intent
This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Narrow Gate Wellness website operated by ID WRIGHT LLC, located at www.narrowgatewellness.com.

3. Return Eligibility
Customers in the United States have the right to cancel their purchase and return eligible products within thirty (30) days of receipt without providing a reason, subject to the conditions described in this policy.
3.1 Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which it was received. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.
4. Return Process
4.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, customers must contact Customer Service within thirty (30) days of receiving their order. Customers must provide their order number and a detailed reason for the return. Once the request has been reviewed by ID WRIGHT LLC, return instructions will be provided and, where applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label may be issued.
4.2 Preparing Your Return
Returned items must be securely packaged in their original packaging. All accessories, manuals, and any free promotional items included with the order must also be returned. Customers must include the return authorization documentation and any required supporting materials. If a return shipping label is provided, it must be printed and affixed to the outside of the package before shipment.
4.3 Shipping the Return
Customers must ship returned items using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Items should be shipped within seven (7) days of receiving return authorization and no later than thirty (30) days after authorization has been issued.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise stated in this policy, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Specific Return and Refund Conditions
6.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind
Returns requested due to a change of mind must meet all return eligibility requirements and must be initiated within thirty (30) days of receipt. Refunds will be issued by ID WRIGHT LLC to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any applicable restocking fees.
6.2 Defective or Damaged Goods
If a product arrives defective or damaged, the customer must notify ID WRIGHT LLC within thirty (30) days of receipt and provide photos or videos documenting the issue. Upon verification, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
6.3 Incorrect Product Received
If an incorrect product is received, customers must notify us immediately upon delivery. ID WRIGHT LLC will arrange for the return of the incorrect item at our expense and ensure the correct product is shipped to the customer.
6.4 Product Never Arrived
If an order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, customers should contact ID WRIGHT LLC promptly. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier, and if the product is confirmed lost, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement product.
6.5 Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet been shipped. If an order has already shipped, the customer must follow the standard return process after receiving the product.

8. Exchanges
ID WRIGHT LLC offers exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. To request an exchange, customers must contact support@narrowgatewellness.com. Shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by us, while customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges requested due to a change of mind.
9. Timelines
All returns must be reported and shipped within thirty (30) days of receiving the product. Once a returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within five (5) business days. Refunds may take an additional five (5) business days to appear in the customer’s account after approval.
