Billing Terms and Conditions

These Billing Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the payment obligations and processes between ID WRIGHT LLC, doing business as Narrow Gate Wellness ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and the customer ("Customer", "you", or "your"). By accessing or using our services and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Payment Terms

Pricing: All prices for products and services are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or other charges unless explicitly stated.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and other approved electronic payment methods such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Payment Due Date: For one-time purchases, payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date. Subscription services require payment on the first day of each billing cycle.


2. Invoicing

Invoices are issued electronically via email or our online portal to the contact information you provide. You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and up-to-date.


3. Late Payments

If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received within 10 days after the due date. Services will be reinstated once all outstanding balances, including late fees, are paid in full.


4. Disputed Charges

You must notify us of any billing disputes in writing within 15 days of the invoice date. Disputes should be sent to support@narrowgatewellness.com, including the invoice number and details of the issue. We will investigate and resolve disputes promptly.


5. Refunds and Credits

Refunds and credits are provided in accordance with our Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.


6. Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including sales tax, VAT, GST, or other charges. If you are tax-exempt, a valid tax exemption certificate must be provided at the time of purchase.


7. Billing Errors

We correct billing errors promptly. Overcharges will be refunded or credited, and undercharges will be invoiced to you.


8. Subscription and Recurring Payments

Automatic Renewal: Subscription services automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy. You may receive reminder notifications before renewal.

Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled by providing written notice at least 30 days before the end of the current billing cycle. Access continues until the end of the billing period.


9. Payment Security

All payment information is handled securely using Stripe as our payment processor. Credit card information is not stored on our servers. Transactions are protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology.


10. Changes to Billing Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are effective immediately upon posting on narrowgatewellness.com. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from these Terms. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid for services in the six months preceding the event giving rise to liability.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes must be brought exclusively in the courts located in Sacramento, California.

14. Entire Agreement

These Billing Terms, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ID WRIGHT LLC regarding billing and supersede all prior agreements.
